




This is Step 2 of our process for getting a bike. Getting a voucher is Step 1. If you do not have a voucher yet, click here.
We use an online scheduling app called "calendly" to book our appointments.

The app will show you a calendar. Our appointments are on Monday afternoons. If no Mondays on the calendar page are clickable, try clicking the arrow for the next month.
We are currently allowing scheduling only two weeks in advance. If there are no clickable dates in the current month or the next month (the Calendly app says "No times"), that means we are fully booked. We add new appointment slots to Calendly ever Friday between 3 PM and 5 PM. Check back on Friday evening or Saturday morning to try and make your appointment.

If you have to cancel your appointment, you can do this in the Calendly system by following the link that was sent to you in the email and/or text message that confirmed your appointment, If you cannot do this for some reason, call us as soon as you know that you have to cancel. We will reschedule you, but you may have to wait several weeks.
If you have a truly urgent need for a bicycle before you can get you an appointment, or if there is no possible way for you to come to our shop on a Monday afternoon, have your case manager call us at 603 759 9056, or email us at gatecitybikecoop.gmail.com. Please be aware that our ability to give out bikes is dependent on how many donated bikes our mechanics can repair, and on when we can have staff available at our shop. We are all volunteers, so we cannot promise our ability to make special arrangements outside of our planned appointment slots.
Bikes from Gate City Bike Co-Op are used, and given out “as is,” without warranty or guarantee. You are responsible for safe riding and for maintenance of the bike. If a bike that we give you has problems within a short time of you receiving it, we will repair it for free if possible, be we may have to keep the bike for a while. We cannot guarantee while-you-wait or same-day service. We may offer to replace the bike for you in some cases.
